Squidbrain moves your recordings and captured audio between your phone, browser, and
Mac, and delivers them straight into your DAW. If something isn't working, we're happy
to help.
Common fixes
- A sample is "stuck in transit." Make sure the Squidbrain Mac app
is running and signed in with the same account you captured from. It delivers
Cloud samples into your Squidbrain folder; if it's signed into a different account it
won't see them.
- Captures aren't reaching my DAW. Install the Mac app and point your
DAW or sampler at your Squidbrain folder. Until the Mac app is set up, captures wait in Cloud.
- Sign-in trouble. Use the same Google, Apple, or email account across every surface.
